Security & compliance

Enterprise customers get a comprehensive security review process. We share our independent penetration test report under NDA, complete vendor security questionnaires (including AI-specific questionnaires), and provide our GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement during evaluation.

Data is hosted in your choice of EU (Germany), US, or AU (Australia). Region selection is locked at contract signing. SSO via SAML 2.0 works with any compliant identity provider.

We send pricing, the scope of any custom work, and our DPA for your legal team. Redlines and revisions go back and forth until both sides are ready to sign.

Onboarding

Two short calls: a kickoff to configure your account, surveys, integrations, and domain authentication, then a walkthrough once everything is live so your team knows how to use it day-to-day.

Ongoing CSM

After go-live, your named CSM handles product questions, troubleshooting, and follow-ups for the lifetime of the account.
