Retently is a customer satisfaction survey platform that has been helping businesses collect and analyze feedback since 2016.

Initially focused on Net Promoter Score® (NPS®), we quickly expanded our offerings to include other CX metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Customer Effort Score (CES). This allowed us to become a complete CX platform, capable of supporting Ecommerce brands and B2B businesses as they track and improve their Customer Experience.

We are proud to offer a platform that integrates seamlessly with popular Store, BI and CRM platforms, making it easy for businesses to collect and analyze valuable feedback from their customers.
